Jahlia Daly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, contracts and grants administration, and human services. Currently serving as a Contracts and Grants Administrator at Boulder County since April 2024, Jahlia manages the full lifecycle of contracts and grants. As a Program Manager with Volunteers of America Colorado since October 2017, focus is on empowering vulnerable families in rural Colorado through case management and financial assistance.
