Jahlia Daly

Jahlia Daly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, contracts and grants administration, and human services. Currently serving as a Contracts and Grants Administrator at Boulder County since April 2024, Jahlia manages the full lifecycle of contracts and grants.
