Joseph Tonjuk

Joseph Tonjuk is a skilled professional in youth development and social services with a solid background in program facilitation and case management. Currently serving as a Program Facilitator for the Healthy Living Program at Colorado State University since March 2024, Joseph leads a family-centered obesity prevention and treatment initiative. As a Case Manager at Volunteers of America Colorado since August 2022, responsibilities include coordinating support services and conducting needs assessments. Previous experience includes working as a Community Specialist at the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice, providing comprehensive case management for at-risk youth. Joseph has also served as a Teaching Assistant at Clemson University, where coursework involved community service and socio-cultural studies.
