Charles Kelly has a diverse background in finance and auditing. Charles started their career at Arthur Andersen LLP as a Senior Auditor in 1995. From there, they transitioned to Schlumberger Information Solutions as a Finance Manager. In 2001, they became a Principal Financial Analyst at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Following this, they worked as the Director of Finance at New Life Management & Development and as the Vice President of Finance at BHP Services. Currently, Charles holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Volunteers of America Delaware Valley since 2011.
Charles Kelly completed their secondary education at Camden Catholic High School in 1991. Charles went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at La Salle University, finishing their studies in 1995. Later, Charles obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from the same university in 2007.

Volunteers of America Delaware Valley is the Greater Philadelphia regional affiliate of Volunteers of America, a national, faith-based nonprofit founded in 1896. Volunteers of America Delaware Valley is a professional human services organization that annually serves more than 11,000 men, women and children in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. We shelter homeless people and help them find permanent housing. We help people struggling with behavioral health issues or development disabilities. And we help ex-offenders re-enter their communities, reconcile with their families, and resume their working lives.
