Chloe Y. L. is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media, storytelling, and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Associate at Volunteers of America-Greater New York since December 2023, Chloe has previously held roles such as Media & Storytelling at The Laundromat Project and Director of Special Events for the New York City Council.
