Natalie Pasquenza serves as the Vice President of External Relations at Volunteers of America Mid-States since June 2021, after holding the position of Sr. Director of Business Development. Prior to this role, Natalie accumulated extensive experience at the University of Louisville, where positions included Director of Research Development and Support, Manager of Clinical Research Programs, and Clinical Research Manager in the Pediatric Clinical Trials Unit from February 2003 to June 2021. Earlier in their career, Natalie worked as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse at Lifeline Home Health Agency and as a Cytogenetics Technologist at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Delaware, and various certifications and continuing education in project management and grant writing. Currently, Natalie is enrolled in the KeyMakers Executive Summit program at Cornell University.
