Jona Horner

Jona Horner is a graduate of the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota. She joined Volunteers of America in January of 2012 with extensive experience as a financial leader and manager. She served for ten years as Finance Director prior to her current role as Vice President of Finance, where she oversees all aspects of finance, accounting and budgeting, and grant and contract administration.
