Susie Arnold holds a Master’s degree in Education Psychology and Counseling. She joined Volunteers of America in 2014 as Senior Leader of Youth Services and Homeless Outreach Programs, a role she performed with excellence and compassion for seven years. In her current position, she brings the same excellence and compassion to ensuring that residential programs across the organization are providing the progressive and holistic care clients deserve.
