Since 2014, they have been working at Volunteers of America of Florida, Inc., holding various roles including Director of Data Systems / GPD Quality Lead, GPD Quality Team Lead, and Program Manager. In their current role, Roberto manages a budget of $2M, oversees 5 offices and 19 employees, and is responsible for creating and maintaining a database for tracking expenses, updating agency policies, and ensuring compliance with grant guidelines.
