Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana is responsible for steering the organization's strategic direction, overseeing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, fostering innovation, driving fundraising and communication efforts, and upholding values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Comprising a diverse group of senior executives, the team collaborates to create impactful programs and services designed to better the lives of over 23,000 individuals across their service regions.
