Rodney Smith

Rodney Smith has a strong background in finance and leadership positions. Rodney worked as a Managing Director at Piper Jaffray, where they managed equity traders and oversaw the trading process. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Financial Analysis & Investments at Menards, where they were responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, and investment monitoring. Rodney also worked as a Financial Consultant at Salo LLC, completing various contracts in corporate finance departments. Currently, Smith is serving as the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Volunteers of America of Minnesota and Wisconsin, leading budgeting and financial modeling processes.

Rodney Smith holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree with a specialization in Finance from Argosy University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Augsburg University. Rodney also obtained a Linguistic certification in Korean from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. In addition to their academic qualifications, Rodney has obtained the Certified Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Professional (FPAC) certification from the Association for Financial Professionals, which they received in August 2020.
