Bianca Carter

Bianca Carter is a professional with a Master of Social Work degree from Southern University at New Orleans. Bianca has served as a Program Coordinator and Social Services Coordinator at Volunteers of America Southeast Louisiana since October 2014. Prior to that, Bianca worked as a case manager at a criminal court from 2010 to 2012.
