Nikki Miller Arledge

Nikki Miller Arledge has a strong background in development and advancement work. Nikki is currently the Vice President of Development at Volunteers of America-Texas. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Advancement at both Spark and LiftFund. Nikki also served as the Development Director at the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE). Nikki has extensive experience in fundraising, including managing the leadership phase of a capital campaign at the Catholic Diocese of Dallas where they were a Major Gifts Officer. Nikki has also worked as a Development Director at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School and as a Board Member/fundraiser at Bea's Kids. Nikki's earlier experiences include roles at AARP, Tenure Systems, and MergerCoach, where they focused on program coordination, business development, and strategic relationship management.

Nikki Miller Arledge holds a BA degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice, which they obtained from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock between 1990 and 1994.
