Jim Hagglund

Jim Hagglund has extensive experience in business systems and project management, with a notable career at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where Jim held various managerial roles from May 2013 until retirement in October 2023. Prior to that, Jim worked at Safeco Insurance, earning progressive titles from Business Systems Analyst to Principal Business Systems Analyst from 1991 to 2013. Jim's career began in operations at Safeco Insurance and included significant military service in the US Army, where Jim served as Chief Instructor and Chief of Administrative Services. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Organizational and Personnel Management from Gonzaga University's School of Business Administration, completed between 1974 and 1979. Currently, Jim contributes as a volunteer at Volunteers of America Western Washington, a role undertaken since October 2022.
