Dr. Jerry C. Martinez

Dr. Jerry C. Martinez is an accomplished professional in the field of health services and corrections, currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at Creative Corrections, LLC since January 2018 and as Quality Improvement/ACA/PREA Coordinator at Volunteers of America since March 2016. Dr. Martinez has extensive experience in coordinating social service programs for offenders, ensuring that individuals with special needs receive appropriate resources and support. Previous roles include consulting for various organizations, such as NYC Health + Hospitals and Justice Solutions of America, as well as serving as Chief Executive Officer at the Federal Bureau of Prisons, where notable achievements included obtaining Top Secret Clearance and leading several correctional facilities. Dr. Martinez holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad Central del Este and has a background in criminal justice education as a lecturer at Universidad Ana G. Méndez.
