Dwight Porter

Dwight Porter is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in property and financial accounting. Currently serving as a Property Accountant at Volunteers of America since September 2023, Dwight has previously held significant roles including Accountant at Shulman Rogers, Senior Accountant at K. Hovnanian Homes, and Senior Staff Accountant at Lennar Corporation. Responsibilities have included coordinating accounts payable, overseeing month-end financial closing processes, training and supervising accounting staff, and preparing financial statements and journal entries.
