Kathi Higgins

Kathi Higgins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grant management, compliance, and program development across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Program Compliance & Grants Management at Volunteers of America since November 2017, Kathi guides a $38 million annual grant strategy and oversees competitive application processes. Previous roles include Project Manager at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, Director of Grants & Affiliate Relations, and Contracts & Grants Manager at Volunteers of America, and International Contracts & Grants Administrator at the American Red Cross.
