Keighly Rector

Keighly Rector is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as the Director of the Immigration Project at Volunteers of Legal Service (VOLS) since May 2024. Previously held the position of Pro Bono Supervising Attorney at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York from March 2022 to April 2024, and served as Assistant Program Director at the Connecticut Alliance to End Sexual Violence, Inc. from March 2020 to February 2022. Also contributed to the Connecticut Institute for Refugees and Immigrants as Pro Bono Manager and Staff Attorney from September 2017 to March 2020. Keighly's earlier roles include Domestic Violence Staff Attorney at Legal Services of the Hudson Valley and Agency Attorney II at the City of New York, Administration for Children's Services. Education includes a Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies and Spanish Language and Literature from Quinnipiac University.
