Kimberly Reading

Kimberly Reading currently serves as Land Development Planner III and Historic Preservation Officer for the County of Volusia since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Planner and Planner 1 for the City of Orange City, Florida from January 2016 to July 2023. Kimberly's background encompasses experience in historic preservation, project management, and archival assistance. Earlier positions include Estimating Coordinator at Jon M. Hall Company, and various roles in project management and administrative capacities at Blue Ox Enterprises, LLC and Blue Ox Land Services, Inc. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Geography from Stetson University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Daytona State College.
