Allison Hodapp

Allison Hodapp is currently the Human Resources/Payroll Director at Volusia Flagler Family YMCA, overseeing comprehensive HR and payroll functions since May 2021. Prior roles include HR/Payroll Generalist at ADP and multiple positions at HealthCare Support, where responsibilities ranged from account management to candidate engagement. Additionally, experience includes serving as an Attractions Attendant at Universal Orlando Resort and as an Administrative Coordinator at Northland, A Church Distributed. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies Education from the University of Central Florida, earned in 2016.
