Brandon Diering is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in the eCommerce and gaming industries. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Team Lead at Volusion since March 2017, Brandon manages and trains the support team for the Volusion eCommerce platform. Prior roles include Technical Support Team Lead at ArenaNet LLC and various positions at Apple, including OSX and iOS Technical Support. Additionally, Brandon operates POLO BODYBAG as a music producer and sound engineer. With a background in technical support across multiple companies, including Electronic Arts and Bethesda Softworks, Brandon brings strong troubleshooting skills and client relations expertise to every endeavor.
