Collin Pape began their work experience in 2012 at Volusion, Inc. where they held multiple roles, including Enterprise Support Representative and Cloud Operations Analyst. In these roles, Collin supported client use case questions, examined inventory maintenance and release methods, and utilized applications to assist with order fulfillment and inventory management. In 2016, Collin joined Q2 as an Application Support Analyst. Currently, Collin works at WP Engine as an Onboarding Manager since September 2019.

Collin Pape attended Texas State University from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree. Their field of study was Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology. In August 2018, they also earned a certification as a New Relic Certified Performance Pro from New Relic University.
