David Cummings

David Cummings has extensive work experience in the creative services and web development fields. David started their career at Dimensional Fund Advisors as a Web Publisher, where they maintained and updated various websites. In 2009, they joined Volusion as a Web Developer, where they coded and implemented custom templates and collaborated with designers and project managers. Over the years, David progressed to the role of Senior Web Developer, where they led skill-share meetings and trained new team members. In 2012, they became the Web Development Manager, responsible for improving production build tools and facilitating communication between different teams. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Sr. Manager, Creative Services, where they provided insight and advice to clients, resolved escalations, and reviewed custom requests. Currently, they hold the same role at Grow With Studio, an in-house marketing and creative agency specializing in ecommerce. In this position, David educated department leaders and coached team members through the transition and adoption of a new theming platform.

David Cummings attended Salem State University from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Web Design with a focus on Web Development.
