Ricky D.

Ricky D. has extensive work experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Ricky began their career as a Senior Application Developer at Dell in 1993 and worked there until 2002. Following this, they served as a Senior QA Engineer at KPMG, where they were responsible for writing test cases for large HR/Tax enterprise systems.

In 2003, Ricky joined Cobalt Group as a Senior QA Engineer, where they developed test plans and executed test regression and smoke tests for J2EE and Weblogic enterprise applications. Ricky also worked as a Senior QA Engineer at Crossroads Systems from 2005 to 2007, where they were responsible for test planning, scripting, execution, and performance testing using Ruby and Java.

From 2007 to 2009, Ricky worked at Borland as a Senior QA Engineer and Automation Developer. Ricky developed and maintained test automation for unit, functional, and performance tests using JUnit and Ruby SOAP clients.

In 2009, Ricky joined Starmount Systems as a Senior Software QA Engineer and Automation Developer. Ricky was responsible for test automation of different applications using various tools and technologies such as Adobe Flex, Java TestNG, and Borland SilkTest.

Ricky then worked at PayPal as a Senior Software Engineer CQ from 2011 to 2013, before joining HomeAway.com as a Lead Software QA Engineer. At HomeAway.com, they played a leading role in QA for the User Management System and Core API groups.

In 2015, Ricky joined Volusion, LLC as a Senior API/UI QA Automation Engineer, where they developed UI and API automation frameworks and tests. Ricky also served as the QA lead for a reporting third-party tool.

Finally, since 2017, Ricky has been working at Netspend as a Senior SDET III - Software QA Engineer, specializing in automation.
