Juan G. has extensive experience in digital eCommerce and program management, currently serving as the Digital Program Manager at Voluspa since July 2017. In this role, Juan manages merchandising, content creation, and eCommerce optimization across US and EU sites, leads email marketing strategies, and acts as a liaison among business, design, and IT teams. Previously, Juan worked at Oakley in various roles including Global eCommerce/Content Merchandiser and Site Business Tools Specialist, where responsibilities included coordinating global eCommerce merchandising strategies and managing the implementation of digital tools. Additionally, Juan's earlier experience at Apple and Wal-Mart Distribution provided a strong foundation in customer service and logistical operations. Juan holds a Dual Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Human Development from California State University-San Bernardino.
