Amanda Imthurm Abrão

Amanda Imthurm Abrão has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Amanda started their career as a Trade Analyst at Index-IBL in 2005. Amanda then worked at ExxonMobil as an Accounts Payable Analyst and later became a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst, where they provided leadership and guidance to a team of professionals. In 2011, Amanda joined Klingspor Brasil as a Supply Chain Manager and later became the Administrative Sales Manager, responsible for restructuring and directing the internal support commercial team. Amanda then joined Volvo Trucks in 2013, where they served as a Senior Customer Service Analyst, Marketing Analyst, and Aftermarket Coordinator, managing service contracts and achieving positive impacts on portfolio health. In 2018, they joined Volvo Buses as the Service Contracts Risk Manager, responsible for managing a large budget and providing direction to higher management teams. In 2022, Amanda returned to Volvo Trucks as a Business Development Manager, leading global Service Contracts development and implementing systems for efficiency and quality. Currently, they are working at Volvo Construction Equipment as the Head of People for the Subject Matter Expert Team, leading a team of professionals and driving career development and performance.

Amanda Imthurm Abrão holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they obtained in 2008. Amanda also completed an extended graduation program in Information Technology at Estação Business School from 2009 to 2010. In addition, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná, which they obtained from 1998 to 2003. Amanda has also obtained various certifications, including Agility in HR / ICP - AHR, Business Agility Foundations / ICP - BAF, Leading With Agility / ICP - LEA, and others, in different years.
