Fred Webel is an experienced professional in financial and project management, currently serving as Digital Product Area Manager E2E Finance Capabilities & Insights at Volvo Construction Equipment since June 2019. Prior roles included Business Admin. & Finance, P&IT Manager and Project Manager at Volvo Group, where key projects involved the implementation of SAP FSCM modules and global data privacy compliance under GDPR. With a background in finance technology and project office management extending back to 2005 at Volvo, Fred has successfully led various initiatives, including the rollout of SAP solutions across multiple regions and projects. Fred holds a Diploma of Cost & Management Accountant from Durban University of Technology and has built a solid career in SAP consulting and project management across different firms prior to joining Volvo.
