Joakim Finn

Joakim Finn has extensive work experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in delivery management and project leadership. Joakim is currently serving as the Head of Product & Machine Lifecycle, digital & IT at Volvo Construction Equipment since April 2021. Prior to this, Joakim held various roles at Volvo Group from 2012 to 2021, including Senior Delivery Manager, Sub-Portfolio Delivery Manager, and Delivery Manager. Joakim was responsible for managing deliveries, overseeing maintenance and support activities, and leading development projects for business critical applications used by Volvo, Renault, Mack, and Eicher. Joakim also worked at Volvo Trucks from 2002 to 2012, where they gained experience as a Project Manager, Diagnostics Engineer (team leader), Special Solutions Designer, and Production Logistics Group Leader. Throughout their career, Joakim has demonstrated proficiency in managing budgets, identifying competence needs, and ensuring successful project execution.

Joakim Finn attended Chalmers University of Technology from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
