Kumar Mrinal

Kumar Mrinal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies in the automotive and technology industries. Kumar started their career at Infosys as a SW Engineer in 2005 and then moved on to Volvo Trucks India as a Senior SW Engineer in 2007. In 2010, they joined Volvo Group Trucks Technology as a Software Team Lead before transitioning to Volvo Construction Equipment in 2013. At Volvo Construction Equipment, they held various roles including Project Engineering Manager from 2013 to 2017, Group Manager Project Management from 2018 to 2021, Group Manager Software Verification from 2020 to 2021, Chief Project Manager from 2019 to present, and currently holds the position of Head of Embedded Software Development Group since February 2021.

From 2018 to 2020, Kumar Mrinal studied at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Kumar'sfield of study at the institute was Operations and Strategy. In 2019, Mrinal also attended INCAE Business School for a short-term program called Global network of Advance management, focusing on Doing business in emerging markets: Entrepreneurship and sustainability.
