Additionally, Mohsin contributed as a Senior Advisor in Lean IT, focusing on operational excellence, and as an IT Project Manager driving lean transformations. Early career roles involved managing global command center operations and optimizing business-critical infrastructure, showcasing a strong commitment to IT efficiency and customer experience enhancement.
