Philippe de Villepoix began their work experience in 2001 as the Chad branch deputy manager at Optorg Tractafric. In 2004, they moved on to become a product manager for undercarriages at groupe HALADJIAN. In 2008, they joined Volvo Construction Equipment as a product specialist for Skid Steer Loaders, and later became the product maintenance team leader in 2009.
