Susanne Karlsson possesses extensive experience in brand management and customer experience, currently serving as Head of Brand, Customer & Dealer Experience at Volvo Construction Equipment since January 2005. In this role, Susanne directs the Volvo CE brand portfolio, overseeing multi-brand strategies, visual brand identity, brand engagement, trademarks, global sponsorships, and customer journey initiatives. Previously, as a Product Marketing Project Manager, Susanne led the launch of a new generation of Volvo articulated haulers, ensuring effective market preparation and training. Earlier career experiences include project leadership roles at Automat annonsbyrå and Zero interior / Pukeberg glassworks, where Susanne focused on organizational relocation and branding initiatives, respectively. Susanne holds a degree in Brand & Design Management from Kalmar University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Innovation and Design Engineering from Karlstad University.
