Leonardo Madureira is currently a Data Analyst in Portfolio & Analytics at Volvo Financial Services, responsible for managing automated collection decisions, analyzing Credit BI, and developing collection strategy and planning. Previously held roles include Collections Planning Assistant, where responsibilities included creating a collection portfolio and automating processes to save time, as well as Customer Relationship & Operation Intern, utilizing Power BI, Power Automate, and Python to enhance customer relationships. Earlier experience at Bradesco involved supporting the Performance Core and managing performance indicators, while an internship at Zimobi focused on B2B sales and marketing strategies. Leonardo is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science for Business at FAE Centro Universitário, expected to be completed in June 2026.
