Berrak Banu Kurt

Berrak Banu Kurt serves as Senior Vice President of People and Culture at Volvo Financial Services and also holds the position of SVP and Head of People & Culture at Volvo Energy, reflecting extensive expertise in human resources. With a career at Volvo Group since January 2011, Berrak led HR for Volvo Trucks International across multiple regions and developed HR strategies for the East Europe, Middle East & Africa sales region. Previous experience includes the role of Regional HR Lead at Johnson Controls, overseeing HR operations in Turkey and CAR countries, and serving as HRIS Project Responsible for Middle Eastern regions. Berrak began career as an HR Specialist at Eczacıbaşı Topluluğu and possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Marmara University. Further education includes attendance at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and current studies at IMD.
