Greg Higgins

Greg Higgins currently serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Mack Trucks and Volvo Group North America since January 2023, after holding the position of Senior Legal Counsel for Volvo Trucks since September 2012. In the role of Senior Legal Counsel, Greg represents both Mack Trucks, Inc. and Volvo Trucks within the Volvo Group North America, LLC. Prior to these positions, Greg managed federal and state litigation as a Partner at Nexsen Pruet, PLLC from 2000 to October 2012. Additional legal experience includes serving as a Panel Member for the American Arbitration Association and involvement with the NCBA Corporate Counsel Council's Legislative Committee in 2015. Early career experiences include a Summer Associate position at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and developing training programs for customer service representatives at Nationwide Insurance. Greg holds a Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida.
