Guillaume Ballet

Guillaume Ballet is a Simulation & Analysis Lead Engineer at Volvo Group since April 2022, specializing in 0D/1D cooling systems simulations for ICE/BEV/FCEV trucks and thermal management systems for battery electric vehicles (BEV). Prior experience includes roles as a Research & Innovation System Model Designer at Symbio and as a 1D Cooling System Simulation Engineer at INTITEK, where Guillaume developed simulation methodologies for hydrogen fuel cell demonstrators and managed mechanical calculation projects. Previous positions also include thermal simulation engineering for Volvo Trucks and various engineering roles at EDF, Soprano Industry, and Volvo Trucks, focused on testing development and thermal analysis. Guillaume holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from INSA Lyon and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Université Joseph Fourier.
