Heimo Schreier

Heimo Schreier is an experienced professional in the field of electromobility and powertrain systems. Currently serving as the Director of Electromobility Product and Range Management at Volvo Group since November 2022, Heimo is responsible for developing and governing a sustainable electromobility product portfolio and enhancing productivity for Volvo Group customers. Previously, Heimo held the position of Director of Battery System Product & Platform Management at Volvo Group, overseeing all battery systems across various applications. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Product Line for Truck & Bus Electrification at AVL, where comprehensive electrification solutions for hybrid and electric powertrains were developed, along with roles as Principal Product Manager, Project Manager, and Development Engineer at AVL. Heimo holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Graz and completed education at AVL Academy and Höhere Technische Lehranstalt, Wolfsberg.
