Ishanka Wijerathne

Ishanka Wijerathne is a Senior Agile Test Lead at Volvo Group since February 2022, with prior experience as a Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer at N-Able Private Limited from March 2019 to February 2022. Ishanka has developed test automation frameworks using Java, Rest Assured, and Cucumber, along with enhancing Selenium functions for greater effectiveness. Previous roles include positions at EvonSys, Totalamber, HSBC Data Processing Lanka, and Virtusa Pvt Ltd, where Ishanka led quality assurance efforts in various Agile and Waterfall projects, conducted testing across multiple domains, and participated actively in planning and retrospectives. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences from Rajarata University of Sri Lanka.
