Jessica Sandberg is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and airport management. Currently serving as Vice President of P&C Europe & Brazil Manufacturing at Volvo Group since February 2021, Jessica has previously held significant roles including Director of HR & Safety at Volvo Trucks and Senior HR Business Partner at Volvo Penta, focusing on strategic HR development, talent management, and organizational health. Prior to working in the automotive industry, Jessica managed both airport terminal operations and cleaning services at LFV, demonstrating expertise in operational management and organizational development. Jessica holds diplomas in Knowledge Management from Luleå University of Technology and Project Management, Innovation Management, Lean, 6Sigma, and Quality Technology from Blekinge University of Technology.
