Sandra White Nyvall has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Vice President of People & Culture for Volvo GTT since September 2010. Previously, Sandra held several leadership roles within Volvo Group, including Vice President HR for Europe and Acting Senior Vice President HR. Before this, Sandra was a Competence Process Manager at Volvo Trucks, where the focus was on developing a competence process model across global manufacturing sites. Sandra also has a background as the Owner of English Interchange AB, providing language and culture consulting services, and served as a Language Coordinator for Language Team at Volvo. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Home Economics and Business Studies from Edith Cowan University.
