Thomas Baillon

Thomas Baillon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and data management sectors, currently serving as SVP and Head of Data at Volvo Group since September 2006. In this role, Thomas leads the company's transformation into a data-driven organization, overseeing data governance, cloud data platforms, and analytics. Previous positions at Volvo Group include VP roles in IT Center of Excellence, Infrastructure and Onsite Services, and Application Infrastructure, where responsibilities encompassed project management, IT support, and application services. Thomas also served as Director of Delivery Management for EMEA and held customer-facing roles such as Global Account Manager and Customer Relationship Manager. Prior to Volvo, Thomas worked as a Managing Consultant at Capgemini Consulting from July 1999 to August 2006. Thomas holds a degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy, acquired in 1999.
