Rajnish Upadhyay

Rajnish Upadhyay is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. since February 2022, focusing on Manufacturing Operations HRBP. Prior to this, Rajnish held various roles at Volvo Trucks India from November 2015, including Human Resources Manager and Deputy Manager Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed HR support, recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, and compliance across multiple regions. Rajnish's HR career began at KRYFS as an HR Management Trainee in 2008, followed by positions at IDBI Fortis Life Insurance Co Ltd, Nava Bharat Fertilizers Limited, and Solar Industries India Limited, steadily gaining expertise in HR processes and management over the years. Academically, Rajnish has completed an Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and holds an MBA in Human Resource from Raisoni School of Management Studies, along with a Bachelor's degree in Biology.
