Kasia Tickle has extensive work experience in various roles within the Volvo Group. Kasia started their career in 2007 as an Accountant, handling AP and AR for Volvo Trucks NA. Kasia also managed inter-company transactions and conducted inventory account reconciliations. From 2011 to 2013, Kasia served as an Invoice and Cost Controller, focusing on cost control, KPI development, and supporting the closing process. Kasia then became a Senior Logistics Cost Analyst, analyzing operating and aftermarket freight expenses and participating in cross-functional meetings. From 2016 to 2018, Kasia worked as a Purchasing Business Controller, responsible for the Americas region. Kasia later transitioned to the role of Demand Planning Manager from 2018 to 2020. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Manager, Commercial Operations Support. Currently, they are the Director of Sales Operations at Volvo Trucks North America, starting in May 2022.

Kasia Tickle pursued their education at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. From 2003 to 2008, they obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Banking. Later, in the year 2008, they continued their studies at the same institution and completed a Postgraduate degree in Auditing by 2009.
