Nicholas Jones has extensive work experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on credit, risk, and operations. Nicholas has held various Vice President roles at Volvo Financial Services, including overseeing credit and risk in North America, global risk management, and service center operations in the EMEA region. Prior to joining Volvo Financial Services, they served as the Director of Operations at CC Industries and ORIX Credit Alliance. Jones began their career at Textron Financial in a credit role. Most recently, they joined Volvo Trucks North America as the Vice President of Retail Development Operations.
Nicholas Jones obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance at Georgia State University from 1993 to 1995.
