Nico Delagey has extensive experience in the automotive and transportation industries, particularly in product strategy and engineering roles. Since July 2018, Nico has served as the Director of Product Strategy for Vehicle Electronics and Soft Products at Volvo Trucks North America. Prior to this, Nico held various positions within Volvo Group Trucks Technology, including Engineering Group Manager and Lead Electronic Engineer, overseeing the development and validation of embedded safety systems for North and South American truck applications. Additionally, as Feature Leader for Driver Assist Systems, Nico defined electronic system requirements and provided strategic recommendations for future development. Earlier in the career, Nico worked at Workhorse Custom Chassis as a Senior Product Design Engineer, focusing on the design of electrical systems for commercial vehicle applications while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
