Rich Simons

Rich Simons is a seasoned executive in the automotive sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Aftermarket Solutions at Volvo Trucks North America since June 2025. Simons has extensive experience in leadership roles, including membership on the National Board of Directors and serving as Fund Development Chair on the Executive Committee for INROADS, and as a board member at The John Crosland School. Prior to Volvo, Simons held various senior positions at Daimler Trucks North America from 1998 to 2025, including General Manager of Parts Sales and Marketing and General Manager of Service for NAFTA, with significant involvement in service operations and strategic development. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Engineering and Business Management from Purdue University and a fellowship from the South Carolina Diversity Leaders Initiative at Furman University.
