Frederic Andre

Frederic Andre serves as the Director of Business Solutions at Volvo Trucks since March 2009, leading a team of IT Product Owners, reporting specialists, and pricing experts within the Service Contracts department. Responsibilities include ensuring synergy and alignment of solutions, managing the Sub-Portfolio of Service Contracts applications, and overseeing business requirements and budgets. Previously, Frederic held roles such as Business Sub Portfolio Manager and Business Solutions Manager at Volvo Trucks, where key achievements included developing application roadmaps and managing critical application compliance. Before joining Volvo, Frederic worked at Assembleon from August 1998 to February 2009, progressing from Field Service Engineer to Team Leader, focusing on application development and customer support. Frederic holds a degree in Aeronautics from the Institut Polytechnique des Sciences Avancees.
