Ian Drury has extensive experience in the automotive and transport industry, primarily with Volvo Trucks since 1999, rising through various managerial roles including Service Development Manager and Transport Solutions Development Manager in the Middle East. Key responsibilities have included service development activities, workshop development, network strategic planning, and telematics initiatives. Ian also has a strong background in technical training and competence development, having managed training programs and conducted commercial training for importers. Prior to joining Volvo, Ian served as a Master Electrician and mechanic in various capacities within the automotive sector. Ian holds a Technical Assistant Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
