Additionally, Charlotte has been a DISC Accredited Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst with TTI Success Insights, highlighting expertise in behavioral assessment and training methodologies. With a long-standing role as an ARDS Race Instructor at MSV Brands Hatch, Charlotte brings a unique combination of coaching skills and deep knowledge of motorsport, supported by a degree in Sporting Excellence in Motorsport Studies from Loughborough College Group.
