Filipe Correia is an experienced thermal engineer currently working at Volvo Cars since September 2024. Prior to this role, Filipe served as a thermal simulation engineer at Continental Engineering Services from February 2022 to August 2024. Previously, Filipe undertook a master's thesis project at Cranfield University focusing on adjoint simulations for wheel wake control devices aimed at enhancing aerodynamic performance. An internship at BMW Group and a master's thesis internship at ADESS AG involving aerodynamic simulations further contributed to Filipe's expertise in the field.
