Fredrik Hedström

Fredrik Hedström is currently the Director Strategy & Energy at Volvo Cars, where they lead the execution of corporate and sustainability strategies, focusing on energy transition and cross-functional collaboration. With more than a decade of experience in strategy and organizational development, Fredrik has previously held various leadership roles at Volvo Cars, including Director People Experience Business Office and Director Organisational Development. They co-founded ClimateSaver AB and served as a management consultant at Triathlon Consulting Group. Fredrik holds a Master of Science in Management and Economics of Innovation and a Bachelor in Industrial Economy from Chalmers University of Technology.
